Ann's parentage is unknown, although her maiden name was Ginthär.

Ann was the second wife of Sebastian Bertele. They married on 31 May 1704 in Langenargen. The coat of arms of the town is shown here.

Between 1705 and 1716, Sebastian and Ann had seven children:
