Maria married Johann Klein before 1720, probably in Bliesen. The coat of arms of the village is shown here.

Between 1719 and 1732, Johann and Maria had seven children:

5. Elisabeth (b. 29 Nov 1727)
6. Johann Nikolaus (19 Nov 1730 - 29 May 1773)
   He married Katharina Rech (ca 1730- 1793)
7. Elisabeth (b. 14 Dec 1732)

Several of their older children were born in Bliesen, so the family lived there during that period. Their sixth child was recorded as having been born in Gronig, so the family may have moved there by 1730.
